Both offer evening and weekend hours and serve nearby communities such as Kendall, Coral Gables and Palmetto Bay.
What are My Pet Hospital's hours?
Both locations are open evenings and weekends. Pinecrest: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4–11 PM, and Saturday–Sunday 10 AM–11 PM (closed Wednesday). Bird Road: Monday–Friday 4–11 PM, and Saturday–Sunday 10 AM–11 PM. Urgent care runs Monday–Saturday 5–11 PM and Sunday from noon to 11 PM.
Does My Pet Hospital offer urgent or emergency care?
Yes. We focus on evening and urgent care for sick and injured pets, available Monday–Saturday 5–11 PM and Sunday from noon to 11 PM at both locations. For 24/7 critical emergencies outside our hours, call us and we’ll guide you to the nearest round-the-clock facility.
What services does My Pet Hospital offer?
We provide wellness screening, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, surgery and anesthesia, dental care, spay/neuter, parasite prevention, boarding, at-home euthanasia and mobile pet services—covering everyday preventive care through urgent evening visits for dogs and cats.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome both scheduled visits and walk-ins during open hours. For urgent or same-day concerns, calling ahead—786-981-6585 (Pinecrest) or 786-741-7273 (Bird Road)—helps our team prepare for your pet. You can also request an appointment online through our client portal.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. We accept major payment methods and offer financing through Scratchpay along with flexible payment plans, so cost is less of a barrier to caring for your pet. Ask our team or apply online before your visit to review your options.
